API

StatisticsRepo exposes JSON over stored datasets and observations. Queries are paginated and served from the local database, never from live statistical office APIs.

GET /api/v1/datasets, GET /api/v1/datasets/:id, and GET /api/v1/observations return stored rows with provenance.
